Review for PayJustNow – Extremely Frustrating and Disappointing Experience

I am extremely disappointed with how PayJustNow has handled a serious case of identity ***** involving my personal information.

Someone used my ID number, without my knowledge or consent, to open an account with them. As a result, I have been blacklisted with the credit bureau in South Africa — completely unfairly. It has now been almost two weeks of back-and-forth trying to get my name cleared, and the process has been nothing short of exhausting.

There is no working contact number, only a live chat that takes forever to respond. When someone finally does, the only answer I get is: "Please be informed that our ***** team is not accessible through live chat at this time. I can assure you that they are actively investigating the issue, and it is currently in their hands."

That is not good enough. I have provided all the necessary supporting documentation and followed up multiple times, yet there has been no meaningful progress or clear communication. Meanwhile, my credit record is suffering.

This level of service is unacceptable — especially when it comes to sensitive issues like identity theft. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, and I hope PayJustNow takes accountability and improves both their customer service and ***** handling processes.
