2 debits in one month

I'm very much disappointed in how you conduct business and also not oblige to the facts you write on your agreements. My bank account has been debited twice in July I.e 6 July and 20 July and I've even sent countless email regarding this and also sent bank statements proving that but up until now nothing has been done. I've written emails from the 20th and all I keep getting is that you gonna investigate I'm not sure what's there to investigate after showing that money was taken from my account. I really hope this gets resolved because it's clearly not a good way to do business especially if the plan is to get more people using this method. I will wait for the response but before I get that I will never allow myself or anyone I know use this platform ad it posses as a ********** method.
