10% Extra Charge for Using PayJustNow at BestDrive Braamfontein – Is This Allowed?

I recently made a purchase at BestDrive in Braamfontein and was charged an additional 10% just for using PayJustNow. I was under the impression that your service fees are meant to be covered by the merchant and not passed on to the customer.

Can you please confirm whether this is allowed? It feels unfair and misleading, and I’d like to understand your policy on this.
