I received a mail from PayCity stating that I had an outstanding fine. I paid the fine as I do not like to drive around with outstanding fines. I then saved the patent details in my filing system only to find out that I had paid that fine on another platform called FinseSA. When I called your call center to get a refund, your agent informed me that I need to go to the Traffic Department to get a refund. I did not pay the traffic department I paid PayCity and as you are acting as their agent, you need to give me the refund! Otherwise, it's theft. You show that the fine is outstanding, while it is not outstanding, I have sent you the proof of payment I made to FinseSA as well as a screengrab showing that there are no outstanding fines on the FinesSA portal. They are also an agent that collects fines on behalf of the traffic department. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF *******! DO NOT USE THE SITE!!!!!!
