Worst Service Than DLTC

It’s been over 10 days and my disc application is still in progress. I’ve sent countless emails and call and still no updates. Ended up requesting a refund which will also take days. Talk about how inefficient this service is. Definitely canceling my profile and I’ll just do this myself. It’s a waste of money and far worse than what government services have to offer. NEVER AGAIN!
