Worst service

This is disgusting!!!! Since the 22nd september we have been trying to get our license disks renewed!! 1st pay city told us their is another vehicle registered on my husbands name and they cant help us ,after fighting and batteling my husband phoned and all off a sudden pay city advised ohh they saw thei is no other vehicle !!!but then with our caravan we still haven't received the licence disk !!!every week i need to follow up as im not getting any feedback ,and today ive been told again sorry there is a fee outstanding ?????how the F#$k is this possible after paying over R3000 and this isnt the first time we've been told there is a fee that we need to pay !!!! This is disgusting and we have to drive with license disks thats outstanding because pay city just doesn't give a **** . !!! I need to speak to a manager or someome that can explain to me why we need to pay more money ???as we not getting feedback and I must keep following up other wise I'm just not getting assisted
