Worse Incompetence I have ever enquired
Pay City leave me alone ,I have never lived in Mpumalanga and I have never owned a car ,yet you keep sending me fines ,I have called you guys and explained but seems yourl are so *********** and useless as you are still sending me fines ,sort this **** out or else I will get legal team involved.
