Where is the actual ticket, PayCity?

I received an email from PayCity informing me that I have an outstanding fine. It does however not include any proof of said fine. Only a vehicle registration number date and notice number ***. Where is the photo? There is no email address I can email, the website does not work and there is no actual ticket! I checked on my profile on FinesSA and I have a clean bill, no outstanding fines! What's up with you, Paycity and where did you get my details? Why don't you have any contact details or include any actual proof of a ticket?! In today's world, you should know better.
