Where is my disk???
The last respond I had from Ashleigh was on 08 April 2015 to date nothing. I have no clue what is going on. I paid my money and I'm left in the dark. This is terrible service. And I will not advice any 1 to make use of this service. It would have been faster for me to fly from Ghana and to come and do it my self. You leave me in the blind you website does tell me jack. And you just dont come back to customers. That is pathetic.

14 Apr 2015, 10:10Hello PieterBez01,
Thank you for your correspondence.
Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you suffered with regards renewing your licence disc.
Unfortunately, Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department (EMPD) rejected both proofs of residence that you sent through to them; causing the delays that you suffered. The problem with the first proof was that the EMPD does not accept cellphone statements as valid proof, whilst the challenge with the SARS statement that you subsequently sent was that it was older than three months old. We have managed to resolve this with the municipality.
The licence disc was processed on the 13th April within the seven day period as promised in our service offering and will be delivered to you on the 14th/15th April 2015, the package will also include the number plates which you made payment for yesterday.
Our apologies once again for any inconvenience you suffered on your part, and thank you, once again, for using payCity.
Kind regards
The payCity Team
