WAITING ALMOST 4 MOTNS FOR MY CAR LICENSE DISC FROM PAYCITY

when it comes to renewing your car license disc no one wants to queue at the licensing department, so we have paycity to make life more easier and convenient for us right? I have app**** on paycity to renew my license disc before it expired, paid the relevant fee and then waited to receive my license disc. after about 3 weeks I received an email from paycity that informed me that my disc is ready but due to another vehicle license disc being not paid up to date I wont be able to receive my renewed license disc. so I paid my outstanding license disc for the other vehile and then made contact with paycity again to receive the renewed disc. I was told that I need to request a reprint of the disc via their website. on the website there was no option available to reprint the disc as the process showed complete. so again I had to make contact with paycity. according to them the processing information was changed to complete by mistake as they 'thought' or 'assumed' that I have receive my disc already. so they changed the processing details and I was now able to request a reprint. I requested the reprint and had to pay another fee of almost R300 again. according to the correspondence I received after requesting a reprint of the disc and paying the extra fee, it will take 3- 5 working days for my disc to be reprinted. this was on the 2nd of March 2023. it is now the 19th of March and I am still waiting for my license disc. according to the paycity website my information has been sent to the relevant licensing department and they are waiting for my disc to be received back to them. I mean why do I need to wait for my disc to be sent back to paycity from the relevant licensing department if I only requested a reprint? is my information not process on my first application? we use paycity to make our live a little easier but paycity has made more inconvenience for me. I'm driving around with a license disc on my car that has expired, who will pay my fine if I am stopped by traffic police( that is if they don't just take away my car or even lock me up)? I am not happy that it has been 3 ALMOST 4 MONTHS WAITING TO GET MY LICENSE DISC FROM PAYCITY. I think their service is poor and although this has been my first time using paycity, I will not be using them again.
