Vehicle license disk renewal at paycity

Requested and paid for renewal of my license disk on 12 August. With no communication updates from this company and with various request for updates on the renewal, I had to take it into my own hands to renew my own license today (16 September), since I don't want to risk getting fines after the 21 day grace period.

Although this company is great for paying fines (in the past), I would not use them again in the future for license disk renewals. Now waiting for my refund on the license fee....MTN's MoMo app were just as easy to submit the information in 2020, and received the license in 2 weeks.
