Unknown fine popping up 5 years later

Good afternoon,

I have asked to see the actual fine, camera image and all, that I keep getting notifications for to no avail. This is apparently from 2020, yet I only receive a notification (nothing before this) 5 years later in 2025, which is fishy. I have had no problems renewing my car licence in this period either.

Kindly remove me from your database, it is becoming an annoyance. I prefer to settle any fines with a post office after seeing the actual full fine with my vehicle clearly in the image.
