Unauthorised Transaction

Yesterday I was suddenly billed for R2000 from my credit card that I don't even use. This transaction was not authorised by me and I want to know who gave you the right to take the money from my credit card. Who will now be liable for this and who must pay the transaction charges raised against my account? I want answers as I have never even heart of Paycity Mobi before!
