Traffic fines not removed after being paid

I have paid up fines against me and the proof of payment I did send to them. But is is still reflecting against my name since 2019 up to 2020. The latest fine I will pay through their system. The previous fines was paid through FINES SA. Long before i knew Pay City. I did contact pay City and send them the proof of payments but they can not help me. They gave me an email address that do not exist and mails are getting sent back. please help to clear those four fines for me as I did pay them
