Totally ignored Customer

If I could give a negative score I would have. After 8 calls I gave up. No refund given and each time I just get the same feedback, someone will get back to me and they NEVER do. I spoke to Ursala if anybody cares. All consumers be WARNED. They will take your money, you will not have your license disc and you will be unable to get someone else to do it for you.
