Wish I'd checked this before using Pay City to renew my licences on two vehicles. It's ended up costing me almost as much as the licence fee itself due to very questionable admin fee. It's a long boring story, but they basically slapped me with an additional fee of R360 for reprinting a licence which was never reprinted. Customer service totally unhelpful. I'm not sure how they get away with this. Avoid at all costs!

We apologize for the frustration experienced. Kindly be advised that the reprint fee is charged by the license department so that they can print a disc for you. Please also note that we do make clients aware of this even before you add a vehicle that anything blocking will result in delays and reprint fee being charged.
