Terrible service from paycity

Terrible Service!

They have poor communication and you can never get through to any of their customer service agents and when you do they tell you they will call you back and never do.

I app**** for my license renewal a week ago and there was no fines present on the paycity website then they told me theres a fine blocking my renewal and it appeared shortly after on the website. So I paid for it and tried to contact them again and spent the whole day trying to get through and when I finally did the lady said she would call me back and never did and trying to get through again was a nightmare and I was given the same response.

I then emailed to check with them and received a response saying that the process takes 10-15 days but it's already been a whole week and I urgently need my disc as my license is expired and it's the holiday season so we are travelling and I cant even get hold of paycity.

Honestly the worst service and now looking into I see so many reviews from people who have waited months and still havent received their discs.
