Terrible service ever

Worst service ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service at all. Since 24th August 2020, I did my vehicle disk renewal with them and till to-date no response at all. I've requested my refund and no one seems to be getting back to me and most of the time i get emails from Ashleigh which doesn't even make sense at all. Is there any management that one could speak to and get their money back as this is such a disgrace. Every week I call and talking to a different service consultant is useless as they all tell you the same story that they've escalated it the issue and someone will contact me, it's almost a month not even a single call. I'm tire d of this and gladly appreciate all my money back.
