Terrible Service

I app**** for my license disc 31 May, it said it was dispatched, then I was informed there was a blocking vehicle and couldn't be delivered. Then I paid for the blocking vehicle, still no disc. I tried to phone the number, the call drops. I tried on another number, call went through and I was told I'd receive it yesterday. Then today when I tried to call from the second number, the call was also dropped upon dialing. It rings on a third number. It's like they are blocking peoples numbers after one call? (I literally called it once from each number and was VERY patient) I've emailed multiple times for weeks....no reply. I've sold this vehicle and need the disc urgently, I can't wait another month. Terrible service.
