Terrible at all levels, do not support this *********** business.

This is a very awful service provider. I paid to renew my license disc with them on the 31st of March, they did not send my application through to the license department and told me 3 days later!!! that the license disc is unclear!! I sent them a clearer one two days later and they took 6 days!! To send my application to the licensing department. they only tell me 3 days after grace period (24th of April 2023) that my application has been rejected. Remember that they should take at least 3-5 working days to get your license disc to your doorstep. All done, no apology or compensation for the late fee that I have to pay in order to renew my license disc after the grace period. I want people to see this review so that they can know that both this terrible service provider and South Africa's *********** traffic department are making the lives of South Africans a nightmare. Please do not support them, terrible business ethic and consideration.

And by the way if you read this Pay City, I have kindly sent you mail to please IMMEDIATELY refund my money to my account. You have held my money for over a month now, I do not want to hear any stories that it takes an X amount of days to process the refund. You have kept my money for at least a month now, in case you did not know there is something called inflation, pay up immediately, stop cheating hard working citizens of this country.
