Strung Along Long Enough
I really should learn to check here before interacting with businesses.
Paycity have been stringing me along for a week after taking my money to renew car licenses and then bill me some ridiculous amount for late fees. Only problem is that the car licenses are current.
The owner of the site is Syntell. I think that a visit to small claims court is warranted.

The ridiculous late fees were due to an older expiry date on the documentation that you uploaded. We have updated our processes to first confirm the expiry date with a client if the documentation that has been uploaded conflicts with what was captured. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
