Still waiting on license renewal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting on the license paid for for more than a month. when i called customer service, they put the phone down. called back, transferred and just ringing. NO ANSWER! what is the point of doing this online? Unable to use the car it is just standing due to the license being delayed.

might as well have gone in and stood in the long lines! my word!
