STAY AWAY FROM PAYCITY!!!

I will NEVER EVER make use of their services again... well the whole process from uploading to approval went 100% perfectly fine within a few days, however since the document was handed over to the courier for delivery its been over two weeks and no answer. You can't call the call center their unavailable or drop the line when you manage to get through, the pay city agent that I have been dealing with was however very helpful ... UNTIL the document was handed over to the courier. So here's my experience with the courier... on Monday 13 December 2021, I received a call from the driver who proceeded to yell, ... actually screaming at me that I got the address wrong and basically called me stupid for doing so.. and when I say screamed I mean SCREAMED.. so loud that my colleague two desks away could hear it!

to this day still no license disk and still no answer from Paycity! Believe me when I ay I would not reccomend their services to any one... I would rather take my chances with the post office and sit in a que for hours on end to get the document! Needless to say this whole ordeal cost me R 800 as well as a R 500 traffic fine when I got pulled over for not having a valid license disk!

Si Sad that I have to revert to platforms such as this to actually get a response...........
