Second time bad service AGAIN

I stay on a farm and have all my parcels delivered to a shop in town. Your courier now wanted to deliver only ONE of the two licenses that I renewed. Firstly, why on earth do you do two deliveries when I renewed both at exactly the same time? Do you now want me to pay two delivery fees? Secondly, the courier asked the shop owner to pay the delivery fee to him but he has no idea how much it is!! What absolute NONSENSE is this???? Did you not add the delivery fee on your system??? It is a very first time that I hear we must pay the courier directly and also then the courier does not even know how much!!!!!!!!!

Come on guys, geezzzz! Last year I also had endless problems with your service and decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and use you again but here the pathetic service is back again!!
