refund on paid fine with wrong details

good day i recently discovered i have 2 fines and 1 i know and the other i dont know and requested the picture, it is not my car, and this morning i paid all fines after seeing that the other fine is not my car, i am requesting a refund and removal of this fine and revoke it to someone else not me thats not my car at all, mine is a green toyota conquest and the pic sent is a white vehicle with unclear registraion how can you assist in this
