REFUND MY ACCOUNT ASAP
PAY MY REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When is my refund going to be processed. You made me wait for almost a month and you send an email 16/01/2023 stating you cannot help me and I will get my refund.
I have the disk already from another company who assisted me in in a DAY.... A DAY.
Please refund my money ASAP.
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR ,I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY DAY AND BEING TOLD THE ISSUE IS ESCALTED AND SOMEONE WILL REVERT BACK ....NO ONE CALLS OR EMAIL ME I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN FOR NO FEEDBACK TO BE GIVEN .
