Really disappointing service

Really disappointed in PayCity Service Offering. I used there service for licence renewal and paid on the 12th October 2022. On 14th October 2022 I received a notification from them saying that my renewal had been submitted to the department of motor vehicles and would take up to 3 days before being couriered back to me.

I then received a follow up on the 21st October (over 10 days later) asking for a document and being told that my application hadn't even been submitted yet and is only now being checked. This is all while I am driving around unlicensed and therefore uninsured.

If I had known this was going to be such a mess, I would have just gone in one morning and sorted this out myself instead of dealing with this company.
