Prepare to have your paycity.co.za account hacked as they don't seem to care

I received 2 emails from paycity.co.za indicating that someone was trying to request a password reset on my account over a 2 day period. The first scary, and I think *******, thing is that you cannot go and update your own info like your email or even close the account with them yourself. So I contacted them about the issue. Then they ask for Province and Town info which to me doesn't make sense, but anyway after sending them all the info including old and new email addresses to be used, they respond by asking for the same info again!!! Incompetence should not be rewarded. I will not use their service again.
