Possible **** by paycity

! ZERO STAR RATING! My current license disc expires on the 31st OCT 2023. I submitted my license renewal application on paycity on the 20th Sep 2023.

A few weeks later, paycity informed me penalties will be charged due to late renewals. I had to enquire about it, as my disc only expires on the 31st OCT 2023. First, the Senior Helpdesk Administrator responded by saying my disc expired on the 31st AUG 2023. This is impossible, as all my supportive documents stated my disc expires on the 31st OCT 2023 so I submitted another query.

A few days later, the admin came back with a different story, by admitting that my current disc is expiring on the 31st OCT 2023 and the outstanding balance was not a penalty, it is an additional cost as they gave an estimated cost on the quotation.

I refused to pay it before they could provide the corrected Natis documents. The next few days, they kept sending me emails to hound me for money but resolving my case and refused to give me a refund.

I followed up again, on the 13th OCT 2023. the same admin person AGAIN tells me it is a penalty fee that I must pay due to late renewal, the disc expired on the 31st AUG 2023, and my current disc is wrong.

After a year I have been driving this vehicle with this disc, checked by JPMD numerous times, and I believe everything is up-to-date and valid. I don't understand how could a third-party platform accuse the licensing department, saying an official documentation given to me by the licensing department is wrong. After I have been driving with it the whole year, legally. Paycity gives me a different explanation every time, even after they had admitted that my current disc expires on the 31st OCT 2023 they still wanted to charge me for penalty. I honestly don't know what games are they playing here.

I will never recommend nor do any applications with them EVER again. I have records of all the communication I mentioned above, if anyone wants to see it and give me some advice on how I could get my money back, would highly appreciate it. R700+ is a lot.

I have been hearing this since I submitted my first query, it has been nearly a month! Do you guys even mean it when you apologize? If you did, you would've either assisted in resolving my case or issued my full refund already.

The funny thing is that you guys reached out after commenting on my review. I sent you all the required documents again, but you don't even reply! Why do you even bother replying to reviews? Clearly, you are just doing it to make people think you actually care. It's ridiculous.
