Poor service

I made use of the Paycity service to pay traffic fines. PayCity deducted the money and show a receipt for the fines paid but still reflect the fines as not paid even though the money was taken of my bank account. I have lodged several queries on their website, spoke to Kim who promised to get back to me with no success. This has been ongoing for 2 weeks with no response, no call back after leaving messages, Not great customer service, also bear in mind that they deduct a service fee for every fine so I have paid for the service that I did not receive.
