Poor Pathetic Service

I find this service to be absolutely poor and pathetic on the 11th of November I handed in all the documents asked for via the app the money was quick to be deducted out of my account to pay for the renewal of the license disc however tomorrow is the 1st of December and I am still waiting for this magical courier company to collect and deliver as I was told when I called in as well as what's showing on the app and was given a reference number of 55365. I have a ticket number as well Ticket ID: #56174. Does pay city expect me to go into a new year without receiving the new license disc? Why send out an email to say it will be delivered between 2-5 days if that's not what you keep up too. Your phone lines are useless! The communication level to those who actually pay and you keep clients like us waiting is beyond ridiculous.

I paid for this so should expect my license to be delivered soon it's been too long I doubt anyone from paycity gives a damn if we get fines because of such poor service.

Your management needs to deal with this this is time and money being wasted!
