Pity there is no minus rating of service so i gave a 1 star

I am absolutely discusted in Pay city, i will never use them again, i have used them before and had no problem to get a new disc but after adding a new vehicle they came with all sort of *** stories i sent them a proof of residence thats in my landlords name and the declined it and they want something in my name at the address i am currently living, after that i asked them to refund me and i recieved a mail from them informing me that a refund has been requested and that was like 2 WEEKS AGO! My disc expires this month end and i still have no disc nor my refund money. This place is ****ed up like the useless gevernment we have, make u empty promises and the deliver **** ALL
