PAYCITY.CO.ZA...another failed service with 'City' in it
Another failed service!!!! After considering doing the online payment for vehicle license renewal, I used paycity.co.za service for my vehicle license renewal. Its been a month and I have still not received my license disk. I have even had resort to do affidavit at SAPS to prove that all infringements, penalties, licenses in my name. I have made all payments and documents with proof thereof, however, they have still not delivered my license disk which is almost approaching a month from making payment to them. STICK IT OUT IN A POST OFFICE QUEUE FOR VEHICLE LICENSE RENEWALS!!! This is another failed service and unfortunately includes 'City' in its title. Caution against virus and spam via similar paycity.co.za emails.

'Your vehicle license for Reg ****** has been renewed. There are additional fees of R 147.00 due on the application, please can you pay these fees so that we can prepare your application for delivery.'
So if you are in possession of my license...which quite frankly defines that you are holding me 'ransom' to my own license! So until I eventually get this license...as expected - you going to ask for more money. I ask for receipts and full acknowledgements of all payments that these apparent fines have been paid at the licensing department - I get an email asking for more money!
