Paycity.co.za not updating payments made to fines on their system

I went to the Brackenfell Administration offices on 15 Dec 2020 - Stood there from 7am till after 4 - to renew a license disc of a car i sold, and at the same time paid my outstanding fines. Yet the paid fines are still reflecting on Paycity.co.za How is this possible???? I need those fines removed, i paid a lot of money (which i know i had to) but i WONT be paying it again! please can someone assist me
