PAYCITY WORST EVER!
Worst service ever from every service provider!!! No feedback to any emails or phone calls regarding payments on fines. Almost got arrested for a fine that has already been paid. Website is not convenient and useful will rather go and stand in a queue at the licensing department for hours to sort this out. We use it for business purposes due to a large fleet but definitely not worth the time wasted on this poorly managed site!!!

24 Oct 2023, 07:49I STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESOLUTION THESE ARE NOT SMALL AMOUNTS BEING PAID OVER FROM OUR COMPANY. I WILL NOT PAY ANY MONIES OVER TO YOU ANYMORE. THERE ARE PAYMENTS FROM TWO YEARS AGO THAT ARE STILL REFLECTING. PLEASE DO NOT PHONE OR EMAIL ME. I WILL BE DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENTS IN FUTURE!
