**** paycity website asking for credit card details

I received a message this morning with a link to a paycity website and a notice of a traffic violation. The website looks legitimate but when you take a careful look at the URL, it’s different (https://pay.cityzapay.cc/pay instead of (https://www.paycity.co.za). The website has a payment link and then asks for credit card details. I’m not sure where to report this but would it be possible to inform the public of this ****.
