Paycity *****s clients municipal payments

I made my municipality payments on 7 June 2019 worry over R12k. I received notice of services cancelled today by the municipality for non payment. Paycity stole my money. I called the call Centre spoke to Numisa she was unhelpful unable to provide details and had no idea who the directors or managers of the company are.

It clearly appears that call Centre staff are trained to a script and that this company is running a **** to ***** money from a he public. It’s a disgrace. Furthermore the consultant could not provide any details neither could he provide proof that they indeed paid the municipality.
