Paycity - poor service

I app**** to renew licenses for my two vehicles on 19 December 2022. On 22 December I received an email stating that it was submitted to the licensing department and it will take 3 days to process. Almost a month later and still no licenses! Several phone calls to the call centre yielded no results. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. Still no response. In the meantime, I incurred a fine of R500 for not displaying a valid license. I am so sorry for making use of this platform. Had I taken the time to go stand in a long queue, I would have had my licenses by now.
