PAYCITY POOR DATA MANAGEMENT CAUSES PROBLEMS FOR THE PUBLIC!!

Paycity is a team of opportunists who bulley the public on behalf of their clients. They dont have set criteria for the uploading of so-called traffic offences/data onto their system which means that any information submitted to them by their clients is uploaded whether correct or incorrect after which notifications get sent to the public informing them that they need to pay. In some cases these notifications are sent to the public more than four and a half years after the so-called date of the offence/s. Information is uploaded on their system without any evidence like photos but, they put pressure on and expect the public to make payments. All notifications I received from them to date were long after the so-called offence dates which prevented me to qualify for the 50% discount. They refuse to take responsibility for incorrect information which they uploaded themselves onto their data management system and in case of a query the public is instructed to take the matter up with their clients. Sirely there must be evidence of the so-called offence/s on their system. If Paycity put measures in place to ensure that the correct information is uploaded onto their system their will be far less queries and frustrations from the public but, they refrain from doing so because there is a financial benefit for them to collect monies on behalf of their clients whether legit or not. The poor ratings in the media by the public for this organization speaks for itself!!
