Paycity Pathetic License renewal service

I have used Paycity to renewal my car license. They still have not couriered my license disk as they are awaiting a reprint as the first print only printed half of the disk. A month later I cannot get a date that I will receive my license disk except excuses. There is no way to escalate higher up as the Syntell team only open a ticket and are in the dark around lead times
