PayCity Not honoring License renewal after taking money

Almost 20 days ago I app**** for my car license disk renewal and till date I didn't receive it. my car license has now expired and PayCity just don't send my disk. I have no fines, on either of my cars and the other car license is still valid for the next 6 months so what the hold up is NO ONE can tell me.

Paycity can't tell me what the hold up is and they say nothing is showing on their system why it is not yet issued, even though paid in full.

I want a full refund ASAP or my disk couriered and arrived by me within 24 hours!
