Paycity - no proof of payment.

I used this service a few times and usually it is hassle-free.

I recently received a sms for a fine which I promptly paid. This time I did not receive a proof of payment. I went to check again on the website and the notice as well as payment does not show on the website anymore.

I contacted the helpdesk and received a response 2 days later requesting the notice number. I do not have the notice number as all information is now missing on the website. I did forward fhe sms as well as a bank statement with proof.

The response was unexpected - deal with the issuing authority directly.

NO. The payment went through paycity and paycity needs to investigate and send me proof of payment.
