Paycity must shutdown ASAP! Useless to exist in business.

I regret why I involved myself with this *********** business. I renewed my license disc with them months ago and they kept saying I have infringements blocking the reprint of the disc, I have paid those fines and have reached out to paycity to release my disc but the call centre annoyed me when they said my call can’t be escalated can only communicate via email. Can I have license disc printed and sent to me. Never again will I ever use this service and will let all my friends, family members and colleagues to not even use Paycity. Worst service ever.
