PayCity license renewals - Month delay and still no license
We have been trying to get 2 vehicles licensed since 14 December when payment was made. Still no license disks. You can phone but that doesnt help because all the call centre agents do is "escalate you issue to admin" but no one in admin does anything. We have begged for urgent feedback as we are going away this weekend and will now have to do so without the car licenses, Ashleigh Jacobs is supposedly dealing with the case but no action. They promise a max 9 day turnaround - this has been a month. It is definitely NOT worth it to use this service. They do not make life easy at all.

No response yet and no reaction. I have now left messages for someone to call me but nothing. These 2 vehicles are holding up a 3rd vehicle that is now due which we cannot license because of paycity complete ineptitude!
I would like a refund urgently and Ill go and do this myself.
Can someone please urgently contact me.
