PayCity License Disk Renewal System and Staff Incompetence

I have used PayCity system to renew my car license disk and done all the payment on the 10th of september until today they haven't delivered my disk and the worst case scenario is the damn system overcharged me and they still haven't refunded me. The *********** staff always say we are escalating the matter to the relevant department everytime I call. The experience of being stopped by JMPD and the police asking about my disk is not pleasing. Never use their platform to renew your license disk.
