Paycity is absolutely useless. They will cost you money!!!

Paycity is absolutely useless and not trustworthy. They took more than 3 weeks to renew my license disks which led to penalties on my renewal. They proceeded to state that I did not submit additional documentation in time which was due to a lack of communication from their side. They then rejected my applications and I am now due for the penalties. They have also not refunded my fees that I paid them to renew my licenses. This process has been ongoing for 2 months and still not resolved. I will never use Paycity again.
