PayCity is a borderline ****.

If I could give zero stars I would. Here's why:

- In 2023 I renewed my license disc through PayCity. Process was hassle-free, a touch more expensive than doing it yourself, but much more convenient. I received my disk a few weeks later, I cut it out and off we went. - 2024 rolls around and I apply for renewal through them again. - Took my car to the panelbeater after a minor bump and we realised the disc isn't for my vehicle. It's for a another vehicle, one digit of my 2023 license was wrongly recorded. I didn't think to look so my bad on this. - I can't renew the 2024 because the 2023 fees are still outstanding on my vehicle even though I have paid them over to paucity. - I have to go to traffic department and pay penalty fees for the year my vehicle wasn't licensed and for the months I have now missed into my new term too. - Throughout this whole process I am in comms with PayCity. I managed to speak to 2 people who assured me they were escalating this. After that they stopped responding. Can;t get through telephonically. No response on emails whatsoever.

I am out R3k+, have received nothing they promised and they are not making the slightest attempt to fix their mistake. If this company lasts another 6 months I'll be incredibly surprised.

@PayCity be part of the solution, not the problem.
