paycity has officially ****** R150 from me.

i made 2 R75 payments to activate my account to silver. according to emails received by paycity they cannot find payments. i have received no emails verifying payments or receipt, only the money being taken from my credit card. Paycity is just a large ****! when it comes to receiving a response iv been emailing since about the 2nd of december. and today finally received response but the response is they cannot track the payments.
