# Paycity# Bela Bela municipality #daylight *******
I started to get sms from bela bela indicating that I have a ticket of R1500 and should pay immediately or will fo to jail I called and was given a cellphone number how come as a whole municipality that there is no land line ?? The funny part here when I look at my Arto infringements dololo this does not exist they say the have proof of camera evidence . It is my car but I wasn't driving I have sent Arto the application to transfer the ticket over 3 times and haven't gotten any response. I think there is something very fishy here between pay city and Bela bela municipality 🤔

07 Nov 2024, 20:27Good evening kindly find ur sms I would like to transfer the fine to the person who was driving I'm sure the so called camera pic u have will confirm that it was not me From Bela-Bela Local Municipality: Vehicle registered to has a traffic infringement notice in process. Urgently make payment at https://express.paycity.co.za/bbl/***/s. If ignored, due process could lead to a contempt of court fine and could result in a warrant for your arrest.
