PAYCITY AND HAHN COLLECTIONS, Disgraceful behaviour

PayCity have been hounding me via sms messages, and emails for a fine paid nearly a year ago and paid within time limits imposed. To then add to their disgraceful behaviour they handed me over to Hahn Collections agency, who have also been hounding me for payment, which was already paid. I have sent both P PayCity and Hahn numerous messages, as well as left a verbal message at Hahn, with Sibusiso. Still waiting for any response. Unacceptable, completely in contravention of the POPI act, PayCity have no right to share my confidential information with a collections agency.
